Sallyanne Payton

Sallyanne Payton—(?)—In 1971 she began work on the White House Domestic Council staff. In 1973 she became Chief Counsel of the Urban Mass Transportation Administration in the Department of Transportation. She served on the President’s Commission on National Health Care Reform during the Clinton Administration, and sat on the national steering committee of Lawyers for Bush-Quayle in the 1992 Presidential Election.
